New Immigration Software System: ISSP Connect by Terra Dotta

Start Date

To best support our students and scholars, the International Students & Scholars Program will transition to a new software program called ISSP Connect by Terra Dotta Systems (TDS).  ISSP Connect allows for new students to electronically request their new I-20/DS-2019s as well as complete the required check in process with the ISO.  Continuing students will request immigration benefits such as Optional Practical Training (OPT), Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Extension Requests and so forth. ISSP will also use ISSP Connect to submit federally required data to SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System).

Beginning in March (exact dates and details will be forthcoming), international students will be able to log on to their individualized profiles in ISSP Connect. Users will complete several paperless tasks, from form completion to recommendation requests, in one central location, as well as monitor the status of their request and history.  The portal for International Scholars (J-1/J-2) will not be available until April.
