Global Bridges Workshop: Managing Stress

Global Bridges is a program through CAPS and ISO that integrates the topics of multiculturalism and mental health. We will be holding a Global Bridges workshop once a month focusing on a different issue. The goals of Global Bridges are to facilitate meaningful dialogue about mental health in different areas (academic stress, relationships, balancing a social life with school), bridge cultural and linguistic gaps, and provide a space for international students and scholars to share their experiences and thoughts about the American lifestyle.
