The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has updated their address and phone protocols.  Every student should check their account in SIS for compliance to these standards.  This office cannot update nor keep active a student's legal status without fully compliant records.  New students will be able to make these updates after arrival but should familiarise themselves now with these rules.

To best support our students and scholars, the International Students & Scholars Program will transition to a new software program called ISSP Connect by Terra Dotta Systems (TDS).  ISSP Connect allows for new students to electronically request their new I-20/DS-2019s as well as complete the required check in process with the ISO.  Continuing students will request immigration benefits such as

U.S. visa appointments in China have reopened, but Embassies and Consulates are still not able to process student visas and are not predicting when they will resume routine visa interviews. Visa Wait Times listed on the U.S. Department of State’s travel site are NOT indicative of when interviews and visa processing will start.
